Dr. Miller joined Southwest Imaging in 2009 from KMA Radiology, where he had been a partner and founding member.
Dr. Miller earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a 1979 graduate of Harvard Medical School. After completing a Pediatric internship at Stanford University Hospital, he completed both his Radiology residency and a two year Cardiac and Interventional Radiology fellowship at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
His faculty experience includes Instructor in Radiology at Harvard Medical School and Assistant Professor of Radiology at University of Texas-Southwestern Medical School. He entered private practice in 1987, where he was a partner at Medical Imaging of Dallas until forming KMA in 2004.
Dr. Miller is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology. He has held a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, and the American Medical Association, among others.
